TOWN OF FARMINGTON, WAUPACA COUNTY

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REGULATIONS OF RESTRICTING ARTIFICIAL WAKE ENHANCEMENTS ON THE CHAIN O’ LAKES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of the Town of Farmington, Waupaca County will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 6:00pm in the Town Hall, E913 Prairie View Lane, Waupaca, Wisconsin to hear testimony on restricting artificial wake enhancements on the Chain O’Lakes.

The hearing will be for the purpose of giving an opportunity for any person interested, their attorneys or agents, to be heard.
